We have taken some of the most exciting cuisines from the 23 regions in China and created a menu that is both authentic and contemporary and distinctly different.
Sichuan and Yunnan styles are well represented as well as Cantonese favourites with a Zen twist. Try our mouth watering spicy diced chicken or twice-cooked pork. For the more adventurous, try Hell’s Concoction.
Our chefs all come with impressive credentials having cooked for dignitaries and royal families and our head chef has been personally invited to cook for embassies and major international corporations.
